Yes — Giggle Fit is one of the free sounds included with Vocalcord. Install the app, tap the sound, tap Use as charging sound.
Does it play every time I charge?
Yes. Once the Shortcuts Automation is set up, every time the charger connects your phone plays Giggle Fit. You can change it any time from inside Vocalcord — no need to reconfigure Shortcuts.
Will it play in silent mode?
Yes. Vocalcord has a Silent Mode Override setting that keeps your charging sound playing even when your ringer switch is off.
